About me

Not every teen needs therapy.
Sometimes he just needs someone who listens and believes in him.

As someone who personally lives with ADHD, I'm intimately familiar with the challenges, frustrations and struggles that many teens go through. Alongside my personal experience, I've studied and deepened my knowledge in this field over the years out of a desire to better understand myself and those around me.

Sometimes all a teen needs is a person who truly listens to him, believes in him, sees his strengths and gives him space to be himself.

Through music, conversation and creativity, I aim to create a safe and respectful space where one can connect, express, grow and rediscover the strengths that already exist within.

The sessions are accompanied and professionally guided by my wife, Brachi Yehoshua, MSW, who has extensive experience working with teens.
